What a great story and thanks for putting this out there this morning.I think so many people live on the brink of homelessness everyday and it doesn&#039;t take much...a lost job, an illness, a poor life choice...to push them over the edge and sometimes never climb back up. It&#039;s easy  to ignore the problem, to surmise that a homeless person is somehow troubled or deserves the hand they&#039;ve been dealt. Everyone has a story, a string of circumstances in life that brings us to wherever we are. Bring mindful of this, taking the time to listen to and then tell the story as you did with Pops, is how we start to fight homelessness and hunger. No matter who you are or what you did or did not do in life, on one should go to sleep without a bed. Thanks for telling this. As Pops said &quot;Don&#039;t give up!&quot;</description>
